Family Channel will air Life With Derek Season 4 in September, there is no exact date yet but it will be sometime during September! And don't forget Season 4 starts July 20th on Disney. :)

Mike's been very bust lately filming his new Tv Show called "18 To Life" and writing an episode for "Family Biz"! Not too well either, poor thing! Lets hope he gets well soon :)

Hey guys,

Sorry I've been so MIA, but things have been seriously crazy lately. Last week, or I guess it was the week before last, I was shooting an episode of this new show called Family Biz, doing a guest star. It was a lot of fun, but I was narsty amounts of sick, and having to commute to Montreal to prep for another show. But I blew my nose (gross) before every take and powered through it. Finally I was feeling better and then started a hectic schedule for a new Pilot (new pilot? kinda redundant). It's a dramedy sitcom called "18 to Life". I first read the scripts and I thought they were so sweet and funny and I'm ecstatic to be on the show. Even better my co-star is Stacey Farber from Degrassi. We have a bunch of mutual friends, but never met before the final auditions. Needless to say we hit it off. Stacey has a wicked dry humor, and we share a love of rare vintage finds. In our down time we got to go to the mountain hippie-fest drum circle thing, Tam Tams (battling larpers are amazing!). It was a good Sunday. Stacey bought a "spiritual" blanket and I got a little leather "thought" book. I met up with some buddies who go to school out there and played some croquet in the park. New show, new friends, old friends, cool city...life could be worse. Just as I was heading home on the train (I'm trying to cut down on my flights/carbon footprint) hoping to maybe finally sleep a little my manager called and said that my brother and I are writing an episode for Family Biz! This is our first episode since Derek, so it kind of makes us feel legitimized. People actually like our work!...I think. Anyways. I should probably hit the hay, gotta meet up with Graham and break the story tomorrow. Hope all is well with you guys. And I believe school is almost out... Welcome to Summer.

For Australian fans, Mike's guest appearance on Naturally Sadie will air in 2 weeks time!
"As the Whirly Turns" will air on Wednesday July 2nd at 4:57pm on ABC TV
The episode will be recorded in HD and will be available for download upon request.

MIKE GUEST STARS ON NEW YTV SHOW "FAMILY BIZ"

According to a new press release, Mike will be filming a guest star appearance on a new YTV show called "Family Biz" next week! He'll be playing the role of Warren Silver, the family's new intern.

"Family Biz" is set to be released in Spring 2009!

First of all, let me introduce myself. My name's Kelly, and I'm a new co-moderator for the website! I've helped out Fran over the past year with information and whatnot, but she was gracious enough to promote me. So a big hello to the fans, and a thanks to Fran.

As some of you might know, Mike has been nominated by Portrait Magazine as one of the top 30 under 30! However, he needs your vote to clinch a spot! Right now, he's currently in the high 40s. Let's get him in the top 30! So go vote for Mike!

In other news, Mike was recently interviewed by TVHits. Read his interview here and check out a new picture from Season 4 in the gallery!

DATES TO REMEMBER

Good News everyone, we have a date for the premiere of LWD Season 4! Disney Channel will air the first episode called "Two Kisses, One Party." on July 20th 8:30PM EST / 7:30PM CST.

Life With Derek - Season 1 will arrive in stores on October 14th. The 2-disc set will have 13 episodes, plus extras such as Interviews, Behind-the- Scenes, "B-Roll" footage (details still to be announced), and more! Cost will be $29.98 SRP. Stay tuned for package art and more info, just as soon as Koch Vision finalizes all the details of this release! Season 2 will be released on New Year's 2010! The books are available on Amazon.com from June 19th.

& The Disney Channel Games starting date has changed to July 27.

I should probably explain the gallery situation, it was not working for a few days because the
server needed to be upgraded, Its now back but i have made it offline for maintenance. Ive been holding out hoping i would get it finished quickly but its taking longer than expected. Everything is still there, Im just giving it a complete revamp coz it seriously needed it!

Hey, finaly a new layout! The design is made by Andruco, the first one I didnt do myself so I hope you like it :)

As for the Disney Channel Games, he is a commentator so that why he wasnt in any of the official team lists. We will have some photos from the event soon.

Hey guys. Hope all is well. I'm pretty stoked right now, cuz I'm heading down to Orlando for the DC Games. I haven't been on the Myspace for a little while, sorry about that. So I'm sitting here in the airport trying to click away all the friend requests. Thanks for the add! It's taking forever though, because this wireless in this lounge is like straight out of 1998. Seriously, what's the deal? These lounges are pretty funny. Stuffy old business peeps peer over their papers with sniveling looks that scream "YOU DON'T BELONG" I'm not sure which stands out more: the white macbook or the plaid bomber jacket. I can't wait to get down to FLA. See some of these DC cats I haven't seen in ages and meet lots of new folk. It's my first time going, and I won't lie, I'm a little bit nervous. I'm heading down there pretty much by myself and I don't know anybody super well! But I have faith that these games really do bring everyone together and we'll all have an awesome time! Note to self: Dude, you're spending ten days hanging out in Disney World ...what are you nervous about....True Mike, true,

TRYST NIGHTCLUB & LWD DVD NEWS

Last night Mike attended the Tryst Nightclub Opening Party with girlfriend Fefe Dobson. Photo below!

Onto the LWD news, Canadians will be released the first 3 Seasons on DVD this year!
KOCH Vision will distribute DVDs of the first three seasons, totaling 52 half-hour episodes, in North America in Q4 2008 (Around October 2008).

Here is some news! Mike and his new girlfriend Fefe Dobson attended the L'Oreal Fashion Week in Toronto, March 18.

It's pretty much official now that Mike and Fefe Dobson are an item! It's only a very new relationship. All the best to them. :)
